Register for the 2025/2026 Rugby 15s Season!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment for the Summer Rugby Season.

**Before completing registration through our secure site, you must be registered with USA Rugby (through Rugby Xplorer) for 2026**  (if you played last year you need to re-register with USAR for 2026, your 2025 registration will not be valid)

Before you start, make sure you have the following:

• Player’s information - the registration process asks for your player’s height and weight
• Medical information - have your player’s primary care practitioner and dentist contact information and relevant medical insurance

NOTE: please do NOT use Internet Explorer.  Google Chrome works best.

You will need approximately 30 minutes to register.  Before starting a registration session, please have the following on hand:

Your player's REAL/LEGAL name!  When entering the player's information, please be sure to use the name which is on their legal document(s) (birth certificate, passport, etc.) as this is the only way to be verified to play by Rugby NorCal and USA Rugby.  

***Failure to follow this instruction may result in your child being ineligible to play in matches. ***

USA Rugby ID number (formerly known as CIPP)-  Have your USA ID number ready (this can be found in your Rugby Xplorer account). If you don't have one, instruction are included as part of this registration.

Emergency contact information/Medical Information- You will need a primary doctor and dentist’s contact information.  You will also need your medical and dental insurance policy information.  We request updated emergency contact information as well as updated medical information each year.  This information is needed in the event that emergency treatment is necessary.
